Once downloaded, the movies will be stored in their native YouTube format.
There's no conversion tool included in YouTube Mobile Downloader unfortunately, so you won't be able to change the file format within the program. Remember too, that long videos can be quite heavy in terms of file size, so be careful if you're on a restricted data plan.
